退款政策

We can not cancel orders for store exclusives variants, special variants such as ratio or incentive variants, or gift cards. As long as the order placed has not been marked for shipping and the order does not contain any of the aforementioned we should be able to cancel the order. Please provide a reason for the cancellation as well.
